Welcome to Two Travelers Wine Club! By joining our Wine Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for the Two Travelers Wine Club, you become a member and agree to receive monthly releases of wine as part of your subscription. You acknowledge that membership is based on a recurring subscription, which will be automatically renewed monthly.
2. Cancellations & Membership Suspension
Members can cancel their subscription at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. To cancel, please notify us by emailing wineclub@twotravelerswinebar.com. Any orders processed prior to receiving the cancellation notice will be fulfilled, and no refunds will be provided for shipments that have already been dispatched.
3. Auto-Billing Acknowledgment
By becoming a member, you agree to auto-billing for each release based on a monthly subscription. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up-to-date.
4. Wine Selections
As part of the Two Travelers Wine Club, you will receive wine selections curated by our team based on your subscription level. Unfortunately, we do not allow for trades or substitutions on the wines selected for shipment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Wine club releases will be available for pick up at Two Travelers Wine Bar in Temecula, CA. If you need your club release shipped, shipping fees will be added based on your location. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to shipping carriers or other factors outside our control.
6. Age Requirement
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to join the Two Travelers Wine Club. By becoming a member, you confirm that you are at least the legal drinking age in your area and that you are able to receive wine shipments.
7. Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during your membership registration will be kept confidential and used solely for processing orders, delivering shipments, and providing customer service. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through our website. Continued participation in the Two Travelers Wine Club after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Two Travelers Wine Club is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your membership, including but not limited to delays in shipping, issues with third-party delivery services, or failure to meet customer expectations regarding wine selections.
