Refund Policy
If you cannot attend a ticketed event at Two Travelers, find out below if you are eligible for a refund.
- If the event is 2 weeks away (or more), we’re happy to offer you a full refund.
- If the event is 3-14 days away, we’re happy to offer you a 50% refund.
- If the event is less than 72 hours away, you are no longer eligible for a refund or credit of any kind. At the 72 hour mark, the orders have been finalized with our purveyors, and our chefs are beginning preparations on the events menu. If you find yourself unable to attend, and ineligible for a refund, consider sending a friend in your place to enjoy the evening.
